TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. LEVELS

There will be 2 Levels available:
Level 1 (Standard Level): You get a 10% discount off our selling price for all products including new arrivals and products on sale.
Level 2 (Bonus Level): You will get special discounts from time to time e.g. Festive Seasons Sales, Clearance Sales, etc... Bonus Level Discounts Codes will be sent to you before each sale starts.

2. PRICING

Every product will have a different pricing so please refer to individual products for individual pricing.
Prices quoted is per item unless mentioned otherwise.
Please do not take any other pricing other than what's stated in that particular product. We will not be responsible for wrongly quoted prices to your customers.

3. RETAIL PRICE

Retail price mentioned (if any) in each product serves only as a guide of what other physical / online stores are selling that particular product at. You do not have to sell at that same price. It is up to you to sell the products at whatever price you are comfortable with.

4. PAGE & BLOGSPOT

We have a Facebook page and a Blog.
Agents are required to 'like' our FB page Princess Kay's Treasure Chest and to frequently check both our FB page and our Blog for updates. Coming-soon stocks, current stocks, availability, pricing and other relevant information will all be posted there.
All online forms (Agent's Registration Form and Contact Us) can be found on our Blog, so all registration and inquiries can be made through our Blog. Agents are not allowed to post inquiries or orders directly on our FB page.

5. MAKING ORDERS

Our online Order Form is currently under construction so all orders can be made via PM through our FB Page.

6. PRE-BOOKING OR RESERVING STOCKS

Agents are allowed to pre-book or reserve their stocks. However, we will only hold your booking if a 50% deposit of the total amount of booked / reserved stocks is made latest by the next day, failing which, your booking will be released.
The balance 50% is to be paid within 48 hours after your deposit is paid, and before stocks are collected/posted out, failing which, your deposit will be forfeited and your booking released. If you need special arrangements for this, you may make a request.

7. PRE-ORDERS

We will have pre-order items from time to time. Pre-order items and its details/info will be posted in our FB page and on our Blog.

8. AGENT MAINTENANCE

Agents are required to make at least 1 purchase every month to maintain your account .

9. POSTAGE/SHIPPING

- WM: RM12 for the first 3kgs, RM3 for each additional kg (or part of)

- EM: RM22 for the first 3kgs, RM7 for each additional kg (or part of)

unless mentioned otherwise

Weight given for each product is gross weight. Products will weight more after packing due to materials used for packing.

10. PROCESSING AND OTHER CONDITIONS

All orders will only be processed for shipping after the full payment (product + postage) is received.
If you do an online bank transfer and use a normal 3rd party (GIRO) transfer instead of an instant transfer, we will only process the orders after the payment has been cleared by the bank. This usually takes about 2 days on average.
If you have 2 addresses (e.g. parents' home and your home), you can include both in your form in the Address and Address 2 fields accordingly, and choose either one address during each purchase.
It will take between 1 to 3 days to process your orders for shipping once payment is received.
Once a parcel is sent out, it will take between 3 to 4 days for it to reach you or your customers. Parcels to EM will take a longer time to reach.

11. COMMUNICATIONS

We will send out communications via email to all under our mailing list including our Agents from time to time, so please check your emails as well. All emails will be sent from princesskay.tc@gmail.com (PKTC).
If you wish to be removed from our communication mailing list, please reply only (do not select reply to all) to that same email and make that request.
